when the Dealer has Ace up – I think its 31% that the dealer has blackjack – or somewhere around there? cus isnt that the odds of the insurance bet ?
so is it the same odds that the dealer will have a 10 or better as a hole card on every hand?

the odds are with the dealer when playing 4 or more players heads up its even odds the more the house plays the more the odds they win
At best the odds are 31% = 16/51 but less if high cards are showing elsewhere.
