Can card counting at a 6 deck shoe be equally as profitable as at a 2 deck shoe?

Ok I understand the true count aspect and everything. I am a rookie counter and have only been doing it for a few months now. I have had much better luck on a two deck table then a six deck table. Should i consider different counting styles when going between the two or have i just been on a cold streak when playing on the six deck tables?

Gaming cards are widely used today in games such as blackjack, poker, baccarat and in addition in countless non-gambling wonderful games. It is intriguing, that cards have been introduced long ago in human culture historical past and lived through until nowadays.

In the 2nd half of the 14th century traders brought in what was then frequently called “Saracen cards” into medieval Europe. Those who had persisted the bubonic plague shifted to highly urbanized cities, where they organized a new class of dealers and craftsmen – the urbanized bourgeois. Once the poverty and discrimination of the murky time eased, work, guilds, and academic institutions commenced to restore, and new technological approaches were found out together with the time for entertainment, gaming, and pleasure.

In the early days of the Renaissance, literature, cards and prints were produced by hand. Card games were spread throughout Italy by a society of artwork appreciators formed at this time. At the end of the 14th century a number of key urban places in Europe such as Viterbo in Italy, Paris and Barcelona, were able to obtain muddled manuscripts of card guides. Migrating artists and scholars brought these manuscripts all over the continent and their recognition flourished. Early in the XV century, a a single artisan was sufficient to assure the requirement of a metropolis. By mid-century, nonetheless, right there grew to be a need for a number of stores committed to their creation.

Card manuscripts were not cherished by everyone. In truth numerous were at stake by this foreign entertainment and observed it as a power to promote wagering and as an decadent and counter social product of the satan. At the time of the protestant Reformation, the cards were known as as “Devil Pictures.”

In any case, the approach persisted. Mary, Queen of Scots, appreciated to gamble big even on Sundays and by late seventeenth century London posted The Compleat Gamester, rehearsing more than a dozen game sorts and the basic strategies for every one of them. In Venice, exotic facilities – casini – permitted fortunate aristocrats for card games and courtesans. From there, a game called primero spread to Europe and in the future remodeled into poker.

After a few years, the game was played and enjoyed by ladies as well as guys, farmers, glazers, and traders as well as courtesans and aristocrats. The suits at the time from a popular Swedish deck were in order of rank: sun, king, queen, knight, dame, valet and maid. In Florence, cards were outlined as nude dames and dancers, with dancers being the lowest possible rank.

There has been no typical amount of cards or patterns in a deck at that time. The number of cards could actually vary from thirty six to forty or even 52. The suits of the time were emblematic of wealth, tasty victuals, military security, and sports popular with the court. These were chips, cups, sabers, and clubs. Signs familiar to us were available in France in the 15th century: in red, Couers (Hearts) stood for the church, carreaux (a rectangular flooring tile) symbolized the business class; in black, there were piques (spear and arrow heads) depicting authority, and trifles (trefoil clover leaf) as a sign of the farmers. Some courageous soul at one point along the way ditched the vice-royals for queens.

After a period of time, the deck of cards that we know in these days took form. 52 cards with ranks containing four separate suits. The suits incorporate Spades, Diamonds, Hearts, and Clubs with the Ace, King, Queen, and Jack counting for ten and the rest of the cards, 2 through 10, being counted at their face value.

Yugioh card counting and deck balancing?

I recently picked up an advanced way to play the game of Yu-Gi-Oh! and a more effective deck structure to play with. It involves :counting how many cards you have over your opponent, as in using Allure of Darkness to get a +1 advantage; and deck building such as balancing draw power and card removals. What im wondering is, how use these methods most effectively and what exactly are they?

How can I stack the deck in the players favor (blackjack/21)?

I am going to have some people over and one of the activities is going to be a blackjack table (and craps). We won’t be betting real money, but I am going to give out some chips if they want to play, they can. Since it is always more fun when you win, my question is this: How can I make it more likely that they will win (and have more fun?) If I add certain cards to the deck (Faces and Aces) will they win more? How about adding more decks to the shoe?

*note:
1. We aren’t betting real money, so I am not losing anything or breaking laws. I don’t need you to tell me that I need a license or any of that nonsense.
2. On an unrelated note, Is it possible that removing Faces and Aces or removing decks from the shoe would tip the odds in the Houses favor?

tl;dr How can I stack the deck in the PLAYERS favor? Out of curiosity, would doing the opposite tip the odds (even further) in the house’s favor?
*edit: In Texas, where I live, there are no casinos in the entire state, so I doubt they are going to think to themselves “hey! I won at a friends house, lets go gamble away real money AND spend a bunch of money getting there too!” Either way, thank you for your consideration and answers. I just thought it would be more enjoyable to win, it would for me at least. Thanks again.
