Is there an easy way to learn this or any tips on how to memorise tables in general?

Thanks

I can count cards and I was wondering where on the internet I can find a chart that accurately deviates (changes) from Basic Strategy based upon the count.

If you know where to find one, please give a link or tell me the website name.
I am using the Hi/Low method.

When playing blackjack one on one agaisnt the house using basic strategy, does the house have an edge on you?
If so what edge does he have (in percentage) ? and where does this edge come from.

I know using the basic blackjack strategy at a casino the house still has a slight advantage and will mathematically always win in the long run. But can a player win in the short run? For example, what if I went to a casino with $1000 with an objective to win only half of that and leave with $500 in winnings. How possible and how long would it take to achieve that goal assuming I play perfect blackjack and play 15 or 25 dollar hands.
