if i started at a casino with 1000 dollars and ended up with 51000 dollars, what games would you play and what kind of bets would you make, me personally i would play caribbean stud 10 dollars and play if you think you will win, if you fold go to 25 if you play and lose go to 50 on ante on the next hand, if you win the first hand go back to minimum bet, if you fold the first bet go to 25 on ante and play the martingale system with the caribbean stud so when you table max (10,25,50,100,250 max) you can possibly get a big hand like 2 pair or 3 of a kind or more which i have done successfully (full house 3 times, flush 4 times, trips 4 times, pair many many times) now if i lose the max bet i’ll be down just under 450 (10+25+50+100+250+dollar bonus bet) so i go to high limit blackjack and start betting 150 and pressing to 300 600 1200 2500 then if i lose go to bacarrat at 5000 10000 and more….i’ve never went farther than 5000 on bacarrat and i guess someday my lucks gonna run out

I play blackjack and I have a positive expectation with a finite bankroll. I know with an infinite bankroll, the final distribution is Gaussian. I can determine this curve since I know the standard devation and the mean winning rate (avg bet x expectation) per hand. However when I do risk-of-ruin sims, I get an almost gaussian curve which is slightly asymetrical. I’ve seen formulas for risk-of-ruin (ROR), but I haven’t seen any that describe final bankroll distributions with ROR taken into account… What I’d expect is the formula would have the following property: lim (bankroll –> infinity) = Gaussian… Ideally I’d wanna see a formula where I can input standard deviation, expectation, average bet, and initial bankroll, to come up with the final bankroll probability distribution function (or a cummulative distribution function).
Sorry this question is so technical! It would save me many hours of blackjack sim time, and I could calc probability intervals easily! Thanks =)

In Blackjack, if you have an unlimited bankroll, won’t you ALWAYS win in the “long run” if you just keep doubling your previous bet every time you lose?
