Here’s a few tips:
-Split only on a pair of Aces and 8′s
-Always assume the house’s hole card has a value of 10 (30% chance, all other values 7% chance each)
-Have some balls and double down on Aces or cards with face value of 10.
-When you lose, double your previous bet- when you win, you will be up $$$- then start again from your original bet.

Yeah, dont play.

It’s a win for everyone. Well not the casino, but it’s a win for you! Instead of spending the 100 dollars, on a *chance* to get more, keep it. and you are asurred 100 dollars.

if you *must* play, usually dont take a hit over 17, 10s are very common b/c there are 4 10s, jacks, queens, and kings. so 16/52 (4/13) are tens, so think about that when you dont know what the card is.

Go with your gut.

If you are good at math you can do all the probablity stuff, and figure that out.

Most any good bookstore, such as Barnes and Noble, will have books on simple basic strategy. This strategy tells you whether to hit, stand, or double down on any hand against any up card shown by the dealer. It actually would take about twenty minutes to remember the strategy — you won’t necessarily win, but you will cut the house odds down to about 1 % and you can play longer or if you get on a lucky streak you can win. You can also buy what’s called a Win Card at any of the casino gift shops which is a small plastic card with this strategy on it — most casinos don’t care if you use this card while playing.
